Admissions Arrangements 2024-25
Reception Admissions
The Staffordshire school admissions service handles applications for Reception for our school. If you would like to apply for a place at our school online, please click here - School Admissions.
If your child currently attends Westwood Pre-School, or has a sibling within the school, you will still need to make an application for a place in Reception.

In Year Admissions
Please contact the school office directly if you would like your child to come to our school.
In year admissions (admissions which are a change of school) should be through the school directly in the first instance. We would be happy to advise you on whether we have a place, and you are encouraged to come and look around and talk to us to makes sure that this is the right decision for you and your child.
If you would then like your child to have a place in our school, you will need to complete an in-year application form and send this to us.
If we advise you that we have no places, you are still able to apply formally, and appeal for a place in our school.
Appeals
All mid-year appeals will be considered by an Independent Appeals Panel within 30 school days from receipt.
Appeals for a place in Reception in the September intake will also be considered by an Independent Appeals panel. The timescales and deadlines for appeals submissions are found on the Staffordshire website and can be accessed here.
